Refund policy

We hope you love your Amaiah pieces! However, if something isn’t quite right:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, swimwear must have the original liner intact.
• Please note all domestic (U.S) orders will be charged a standard $10 restocking fee.
  

To request a return or exchange, please email amaiahresortwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

Exchange Policy

To be eligible, items must be:

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
• For hygiene reasons, swimwear must have the original liner intact.

• Returned in the original packaging

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item(s) to our store.

• Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange and ship your new item.

• Outbound shipping for the replacement item will be covered by Amaiah.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
